ANCIENT EGYPTIAN LIVES, CLASS 3
The necropolis of Beni Hasan has the tombs of multiple generations of rulers of the Hare Nome, and the wall decorations depict nearly every aspect of daily life—from children’s games and dancing to cooking, weaving, and animal husbandry to warfare and hunting. A lengthy text in the tomb of Khnumhotep II tells of his life and career, and his tomb illustrates his family and people who worked on his estate.
